He did an excellent job and handled himself as a professional throughout the entire transaction. Negotiations were wrapped up in a few days, he processed all the paperwork on schedule, followed through with every promise or commitment made to me and closed a scheduled 30 day escrow ahead of schedule.
His efforts were certainly appreciated and I would look forward to the opportunity of working together on another escrow. Vartan certainly represents what a good Realtor is all about and I am sure he successfully represents your company on an ongoing basis.
